User Agreement

Terms and Conditions

The hirer agrees, by booking a party via email, telephone, facebook messenger, or any other means that they accept the Terms and conditions as set out on the booking confirmation that you will receive upon confirmation of booking.

Hiring charges

Unless prior agreement the hire period is 1 night, extra nights can be negotiated. If Sweet Dreams are unable to collect at the time agreed upon then Sweet Dreams has the right to charge additional hire costs.

We require a $50 non-refundable deposit (to be paid upon confirmation of booking) with the remaining balance to be paid 7 days prior to the sleepover date.

If the hirer chooses to cancel within the 7 days prior to the party then Sweet Dreams have the right to charge you 50% of the package price minus your non-refundable deposit.

If the hirer choses to cancel anytime up to 7 days prior to the party then Sweet Dreams have the right to charge you your non-refundable deposit.

If the hirer needs to postpone the party, it is at the discretion of Sweet Dreams as to whether they cancel or postpone, this would depend on the availability of dates and themes already booked.

The hirer is responsible to be present to accept delivery and pick up of the equipment at the agreed time.

Before set up can commence the designated floor area must be cleared of furniture and is clean (dirt and dust free) to enable quick and easy assembly of the Teepee’s.

The hirer is responsible for all equipment while in their care, any breakages and/or damages must be paid for at full replacement value covered by the hirers’ insurance.

Sweet Dreams is not liable for any claim for personal injury, death, loss of damage to the property however caused unless it is proved that such injury was caused by faulty material, workmanship, negligence on the part of the business. The business decision is final in all matter relating to these terms and conditions of hire.
